17 Partnerships for the Goals
Sustainable Development Goal 17 is ‘Partnerships for the Goals.’ It aims to strengthen global
cooperation and partnerships to achieve all other Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. SDG 17
focuses on promoting collaboration among governments, private sector, civil society, and international
organizations to mobilize resources, share knowledge, and implement sustainable solutions.
The goal also emphasizes the importance of supporting developing countries through technology
transfer, capacity-building, and financial assistance to accelerate their progress towards achieving
the SDGs.
By achieving SDG 17, the global community strives to create a world where effective partnerships
and global cooperation drive collective and meaningful action to address global challenges, promote
sustainable development, and ensure a better future for all.
