Economic Cooperation

From 1993 the volume of trade between the Czech Republic and United Arab Emirates has with small fluctuations, been continuously increasing. In 2018 exports from the Czech Republic to the United Arab Emirates reached 619, 62 million Euros. In the same year, the United Arab Emirates were the eleventh largest export market for the Czech Republic outside the European Union. Imports from the United Arab Emirates to the Czech Republic in 2018 reached 89 million Euros. The two countries have signed the following agreements:

• Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates for the Promotion and Protection on Investments
  
• Agreement between the Czech Republic and the United Arab Emirates for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital
  
• Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates
