UAE ambassador presents copy of credentials to Benin's Minister for Foreign Affairs

Dr. Fahad Obaid Al Taffaq, the UAE's ambassador to Nigeria, has presented a copy of his credentials to Benin's Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Aaurélien Agbenonci, as the UAE's non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Benin.
Agbenonci wished the UAE Ambassador success in fulfilling his duties in strengthening bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Benin in various fields, stressing his country's readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his tasks.
For his part, Al Taffaq expressed his keenness to further strengthen the relations between the two nations in various fields.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of cooperation between the UAE and Benin, and discussed ways to achieve the aspirations of the two friendly countries and their peoples.
