About this service

Commercial Invoices and Certificates of Origin attestation service is an automated online service to provide digital attestation for commercial invoices and certificates of origin (COO) issued in the UAE or abroad.

Service process

  1. Register
    Create the company’s primary account with the Trade License. Once approved, you can create user accounts using UAE Pass. Users will then log in using their UAE Pass.
  2. Submit a request
    Review invoice or Certificate of Origin (COO) data, then select transactions you would like to attest.
  3. Pay the fees
    Enter payment information and then proceed with payment.
  4. Receive a digitally attested invoice
    You will receive the payment receipt and the attestation on the data of your invoice or Certificate of Origin (COO). If you wish to have your documents physically attested, upload a copy to have them stamped with MoFA seal without additional fees.

Conditions of Use

  • The customer declares that all provided information is valid and correct; in case any information is deemed non-valid, the customer shall be held legally liable
