The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Japan organized a webinar entitled "Youth Empowerment in the UAE, Exchange of views on the UAE and Japan Efforts in the field of Youth Empowerment," during which the participants exchanged views on the efforts made by the two countries to empower the youth.

Mr. Ammar Al Samahi, Head of Media Affairs and Public Diplomacy at the Embassy, delivered a speech in which he talked about the UAE's efforts to empower youth and invest in them in various fields.

On her part, Dr. Manami Goto, a member of the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and honorary research member at the Institute Arab and Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter, spoke about the efforts of the Japanese government to empower youth.

Also, she talked about her participation in the "World Youth" ship program sponsored by the Japanese Cabinet Office to give youth opportunities to deepen their understanding of different cultures and strengthen friendly relations with young people worldwide.
