As part of efforts to enhance academic and educational relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Singapore, His Excellency Jamal Al Suwaidi, UAE Ambassador to Singapore, met with Master’s students specializing in Real Estate Management at the National University of Singapore’s Business School.

The meeting, held on the university campus, brought together students preparing for an upcoming study visit to the UAE in February. The visit aims to explore the UAE’s leading real estate sector and gain firsthand insight into the country’s dynamic market.

During the session, Ambassador Al Suwaidi delivered a presentation highlighting the UAE’s economic and social advantages, positioning it as an attractive destination for investment, employment, and residence. In coordination with the UAE Embassy, the student delegation—comprising 40 international students from various nationalities—will embark on a field visit to the UAE from 24 to 27 February 2025.

The visit aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the best practices and innovative experiences in the UAE’s real estate sector, as well as an overview of the regulations governing this vital industry. Additionally, the students will engage with leading public and private institutions in the real estate sector, gaining insight into market dynamics and the latest industry developments.
