• Registration with Company or Individual account and fill all the field.
• You can use the way to complete the attestation process by choosing one of the following options from the MOFA Website/Mobile App : Courier Service: (Send documents through Post Company to send it to MOFA Happiness Center) or you can choose an Appointments service (take an appointment in advance before visiting MOFA Happiness Center) to complete the attestation process.
• Then, you can complete the payment process for the service and pay the fees.
MOFA, represented by its missions abroad, issue emergency passports for new-borns to facilitate their entry into the UAE. UAE nationals should visit relevant authorities in the receiving state to obtain birth certificates.

Visa Exemptions
In case of expiry, loss, or damage of an ordinary passport, or passport for newborns of UAE Nationals staying abroad, application for emergency passport is submitted via MOFA website and Smart Mobile App (UAE MOFA).

All documents for authentication to the Embassy must bear the DFA Apostille.
To apply for a passport renewal service abroad you have to provide a proof of long stay abroad, which is usually for education, treatment, or employment. Get the supporting documents and click on the following link to apply:

Only DFA Apostille and appointment system by sending email to the Embassy and request to come personally or file it through nearest Express outlets.
1.Login to one of MOFA smart channels via UAE PASS by inserting the username and password of the UAE PASS, or create a new username
2. From “Individual Services” list select “Issue Passports and Return Documents”. Select Renew Passports of UAE Nationals Abroad”. Click “Start Service” to complete the service application form.
3. You will receive an SMS and Email with a Reference Number confirming successfully application.
4. Visit the UAE Embassy in the receiving state to hand over the original passport, personal photo and pay fees at the Embassy.
5. When the passport is renewed, the UAE national will be contacted to visit the Embassy and take the original renewed passport.
Refunding is done online.

In case the spouse (UAE National or Foreigner) is not added to the Family Book, attach the Marriage Certificate (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the receiving state or the UAE Embassy.

Emergency passport due to damage of ordinary passport:

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) provides document attestation services of all kinds. Attestation is a procedure to confirm validity of the seal and signature on documents issued in UAE or abroad.
Attestation services provided in customer happiness centres within UAE and UAE Embassies include attestation of regular documents issued within and outside the UAE such as educational, medical, marriage certificates, divorce contracts, and powers of attorney… etc., in addition to attestation of commercial contracts and agreements.
