His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, headed the UAE delegation to the 45th Summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) leaders, which was opened by His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the sisterly State of Kuwait.
