On Rwanda's Umuganda Community Work, H.E Hazza Al Qahtani, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Rwanda, as Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, participated with Arab ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Rwanda, Government Officials, Representatives of Security Organs & Residents of Kimisagara Sector where they began building works for the community's Early Childhood Development (ECD) Center.
