The UAE Embassy is to attend the 27th Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi. The commemoration to take place at the Islamic Cultural Center will remember the staff, teachers and students of the Islamic Cultural Center who were killed during the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.
