During the meeting, His Excellency the Consul General of the State congratulated the President of the Duhok Chamber of Commerce and Industry and members of the administration on the occasion of the election of a new president and a new administration, and discussed with them the prospects for cooperation and partnership with state companies in the fields of trade and industry.
During the meeting, the UAE's interest in encouraging the investment of its national companies in Iraq, especially in the Kurdistan region, was also reviewed, and opening horizons and areas of cooperation in the commercial, industrial and investment fields for leading companies in the Iraqi Kurdistan region to work in the UAE.
