Eng. Mahrah Ali Al Shaya/ Chargé d’Affaires in the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates to Romania attended the 2nd edition of the Climate Change Summit (CCS), which was held in the Romanian capital Bucharest, between 19th and 20th October, 2023, where the diplomat delivered a speech on COP 28 - which was hosted by the United Arab Emirates, at Expo City Dubai, between 30th November and 12th December, 2023.
