An agreement and memorandum of understanding for joint investment were signed today between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Azerbaijan in the presence of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mohammed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Minister of Investment and H.E. Mohammed Al Blooshi, UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
