His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al Ariqi currently serves as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Kazakhstan and as the Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic. Alongside his diplomatic responsibilities, Dr. Al Ariqi holds several key roles that reflect his extensive experience and long-standing commitment to advancing the UAE’s international presence and partnerships.
He has served as the Director General of the Representative Office of the UAE President’s Office in the Republic of Turkmenistan since 2001 and in the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2003. In 2009, he was appointed as an advisor to the International Fund for Houbara Conservation, further demonstrating his involvement in environmental and wildlife preservation efforts. Since 2018, he has also held the position of Director General of the Diplomatic Office of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Uzbekistan.
Dr. Al Ariqi has been an active member of several boards. He has served on the Board of Directors of Al Falah Limited Investment Fund in Kazakhstan (Category A) since 2009, and on the Board of Directors of Al Hilal Bank since 2010. In 2018, he joined the Board of the Abu Dhabi-Uzbekistan Investment Fund (ADUI), where he continues to contribute to strengthening bilateral economic cooperation.
From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Al Ariqi worked as an Administrative Officer in the Office of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. He then took on the role of Managing Director in the Office of the UAE President from 2005 to 2015. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director General for Special Trips at the Private Department of His Highness the UAE President, overseeing high-level travel arrangements and engagements.
Fluent in both Russian and English, Dr. Al Ariqi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ISEI University in Kazakhstan, as well as a Doctorate in Dentistry from Crimea State Medical University in Ukraine.
