Reem Al Hashimy meets Israeli Ambassador on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the UAE

Her Excellency Reem Bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Amir Hayek, Israel’s Ambassador to the UAE, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed various issues, and developments in the region. Furthermore, Her Excellency affirmed the UAE’s unwavering position in rejecting violence and escalation that serve to further increase the risks of instability, emphasizing the necessity of resolving disputes through diplomatic means rather than confrontation and escalation.

Her Excellency expressed her wishes for future success for the Ambassador and commended his role during his tenure.

For his part, H.E. Hayek commended the progress witnessed in bilateral relations and expressed his appreciation to all UAE entities for their cooperation, which positively contributed to the success of his tenure in the country.
