UAE President sends written letter to President of Paraguay which included an invitation to COP28

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, sent a written letter to His Excellency Santiago Peña, President of Paraguay, which included an invitation to the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which will be held in Expo City Dubai in November.
The letter was received by His Excellency Rubén Ramírez Lezcano, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay, during his meeting with His Excellency Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Argentina and non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Paraguay, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in the capital, Asunción.
