About this service

It is a service that allows you to request an approval to replace a driving license issued by another country with a UAE driving license.

Service process

  1. Log-in
    Enter the username and password
  2. Submit a request
    Fill in all the fields and attach all the required documents
  3. Receive a confirmation email
  4. Receive the request
    You will receive anSMS and email with a reference number to obtain the service from RTA Dubai. 

Conditions of Use

  • All driving licenses issued by the countries of missions accredited to the UAE are accepted for replacement.
  • International driving licenses shall not be accepted nor replaced, if the diplomat’sdriving license issued by theirhome country is not available.
  • A new file for learning driving shall be opened in order for the diplomat to obtain aUAE license.
