Airport Entry Permit Renewal

About this service

This service is provided to foreign diplomatic and consular missions and the offices of international and regional organizations accredited to the UAE, to renew a permanent entry permit for Abu Dhabi International Airport and Dubai International Airport to welcome official delegations visiting the UAE. Permanent permits are valid for a year and renewable every year.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Select the permit type (permanent – temporary), then select the airport (Abu Dhabi – Dubai), and select areas in the airport that need to be accessed upon permit renewal (For temporary permits, please select the duration of the permit) and enter the old permit number (you can add updated attachments if any).
3. A confirmation email
   The customer will receive a notification confirming that the service is in progress
4. Receive the request
   The customer will be notified to head to the airport to visit the Security Permits Section at Abu Dhabi or Dubai Airport to collect the permit (the customer must present an ID proving they are a staff member of the embassy).

Conditions of Use

For the renewal of permanent permits, old permits must be returned upon receipt of new permits.

Temporary permits must be returned on expiry.

This service is restricted to foreign missions, and international organizations accredited to the UAE.
