Airport Entry Permit Cancellation

About this service

This service is provided to diplomatic and consular missions and the offices of international and regional organizations accredited to the UAE that wish to cancel an airport entry permit.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Select the type of permit you wish to cancel (permanent – temporary) and the relevant airport (Abu Dhabi – Dubai). Enter the number of the previous permit and attach a copy of the permit you wish to cancel, then deliver the original permit along with an official memo from the mission addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
   
    
3. A confirmation email
   The customer will receive a notification that the service is under process.
4. Request completion
   The permit is delivered by the Security Permits Section in Abu Dhabi or Dubai Airport; the process is then completed and the mission will be notified of the permit cancellation

Conditions of Use

In the case of the final departure of the mission’s staff member, or at the end of his/her service, the mission shall hand in the permit to MoFA. If the permit is not returned, other mission permits will be affected
