Entry Guidelines for UAE Nationals Visiting Qatar

UAE nationals do not need an entry visa to visit the State of Qatar. However, please ensure the following:

  • Your passport is valid for the entire duration of your trip, including both departure and return dates.
  • Abide by the host country’s regulations, laws, and travel requirements. Avoid carrying any prohibited items.
  • Safeguard important documents such as your passport, airline tickets, and valuable personal belongings.
  • Register with the Twajudi service on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) website before traveling.
  • Keep copies of your passport and family book or ID in case your passport is lost and you need assistance at the Embassy.

Accompanying Domestic Staff
If a maid or driver is accompanying you, ensure that a visa application is submitted prior to your travel. Note that Qatari authorities also allow visa issuance at entry points, provided the sponsor is traveling with the sponsored person.
