The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has linked its digital attestation service with the services of issuing a digital birth certificate and death certificate, which are affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) in the UAE.

You can obtain the payment receipt through MOHAP digital channels.

If you have selected MoFA and the UAE Embassy abroad attestation service, and the payment process has been confirmed, the request cannot be cancelled.

If you have chosen MoFA and the UAE Embassy abroad attestation service, completed the payment, and received the digitally attested certificate from MoFA, the payment is non-refundable.

Please refer to the digital platforms of the relevant entity to obtain a copy of the document.

-Yes, for previously issued and unattested birth and death certificates, please apply for the Documents Attestation service through MoFA’s website or Smart Mobile App on iOS or Android
Note: For new birth certificates and death certificates issued by MOHAP, you can choose MoFA’s digital attestation while applying for certificate issuance through MOHAP’s electronic channels.

Within a few minutes and without human intervention, after the health authority approves the request to issue a birth certificate or death certificate.
