Can I leave the airport and go out in the city while transiting through Dubai?

This depends on your nationality and on the length of your stopover in Dubai. Most travelers require visas to enter Dubai. However, regulations frequently change, so if you wish to leave the airport while in transit through Dubai, please check the visa types with this website, before you start your journey. Travelers of certain nationalities may obtain visas at the airport on arrival.

How can I apply for a tourism or business visa to the United Arab Emirates with ordinary passport from the Republic of Panama or any other countries that requires visa?

Ordinary passports holders from the Republic of Panama or any other countries requiring a visa, to travel to the United Arab Emirates, should request it through a travel agency, the airline with which they are going to travel or the hotel where they will stay.

What are the requirements for the legalization of documents?

To legalize a document it is required: 1. Legalization of the document with the stamp (Certificates) issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama 2.
