You can apply for a return document for children of UAE Nationals born abroad using UAE PASS on MoFA’s Website or Smartphone application UAE MOFA by submitting the below documents:
· A copy of the child's birth certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of residence and the UAE Mission in the country of residence
· Copy of the father's passport
· Copy of the mother's passport
· Full copy of the Family Book
· A copy of the marriage contract (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of residence and the UAE Mission in the country of residence)
Emirati nationals who lose their passport during their stay abroad must visit the nearest police station and file a report. They must then apply for a return document due to the loss of the ordinary passport abroad by logging in to MoFA’s Website or the smart phone application UAE MOFA via UAE Pass, and submit the following documents:
· A copy of the lost passport
· A personal photograph
· A copy of the passport loss report
Emirati nationals whose passport was damaged during their stay abroad can apply for a return document via UAE PASS on MoFA’s Website or the smartphone application UAE MOFA and submit the following documents:
· A copy of the ordinary passport
· A personal photograph
· A written letter explaining why the passport is damaged or a live photograph of the damaged passport
Emirati nationals whose passport has expired during their stay abroad can apply for a return document via UAE PASS on MoFA’s Website or the smartphone application UAE MOFA and submit the following documents:
· A copy of the expired passport
· A personal photo
