About this service
This service allows you to apply for an ownership certificate of a vehicle registered in the traffic system with relevant authorities in UAE, under the owner’s name (individual or consulate). The vehicle is not authorized to be driven until the transaction is complete, either through the sale of the said vehicle or by completing its registration process
