About this service

This service is dedicated to visits sub-procedures of official delegations to the United Arab Emirates, including the processing of all correspondence, decree-related protocol matters, and logistical matters, according to protocol custom and the principle of reciprocity, in coordination with the concerned authorities in the country.

Service process

1. Registration
   (enter the username and password shared with entities authorized to apply for the service.)
2. Submit an application
   (fill in the service form, verify the information of the guest and the accompanying delegation and attach the relevant documents at least 10 days prior to the date of the visit.)
3. You will receive a confirmation email
   (receive the reference number and log in to the system to follow up any updates)
4. Reviewing the application
   (the application will be processed according to the official working hours of the MoFA)
5. Sending No Objection Letter
   (after reviewing the application and getting it approved by the MoFA, a no objection letter would be sent to the concerned entity)

Conditions of Use

• The application with all annexes shall be in Arabic only which is the official language certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA)
• To apply, verify the information of the guest and the delegation, and have all relevant documents attached for a period of 10 days at least before the date of the visit.
• The application will be processed according to the official working hours of the MoFA.
