     Enter the username and password
  2. Submit a request

    Fill in all the fields and attach all the required documents


  3. A confirmation email
    A notification will be sent to indicate that the service is in progress with the reference number.
  4. Receive the request
    you can receive the request at Diplomatic Corps Licensing Office at the headquarters of the MoFA

    Required Documents
  • An official memorandum from the mission accredited to the UAE.
  • A copy of the card of origin if the vehicle is registered under the mission’s name
  • A copy of the vehicle's customs clearance certificate, if shipped from abroad
  • A copy of the purchase contract from the agency or dealer showroom
  • A copy of the ID card issued by MoFA
  • A copy of the driver's license
    • If the vehicle is registered in the name of a diplomat
  • A copy of the diplomat’s consular ID card.
